To become a B2B customer, kindly follow the steps outlined below.
Disclaimer: You can only order items on the webshop after being approved as a B2B customer (please refer to the instructions below).
Phase 1
- Create a user account either by clicking here or clicking the account icon located at the top.
- Click on the "No account? Create one here" and enter your first name, last name, e-mail address, and create an initial password.
- Initiate the conversion of your account from standard to a B2B account by sending sending an e-mail to our administrator with "B2B" in the subject line.
- Ensure that the email address used for the account creation matches the one used for the B2B conversion request.
- Please be aware that you cannot yet order items, as this requires a status as a B2B customer (please refer to the instructions in phase 2).
Phase 2
Upon receipt of your request, the subsequent steps will proceed as follows:
- We will assess whether you meet the requirements for B2B customer status.
- If approved, your account will be designated as a B2B account.
- You will receive a new password, which you can later modify.
- After logging in with the new password, please fill in the mandatory information, including your VAT number.
- You are now a B2B customer, and you place your order.
